Here are the answers to some likely questions which you may have;

What will the renovations involve?
• This renovation will represent Stage V of our building master plan and will involve;
• Replacing Ripples with a new conference centre which will provide a multi purpose function  
   room to accommodate up to 500 patrons with the option to divide into 4 smaller rooms to allow 
   for multiple events. This will provide an excellent facility for the Maroochydore community to 
   service a variety of events including private functions, conferences, trade shows/
   exhibitions as well as entertainment
• New lobby/bar lounge which will provide a venue for pre-function activities
• Expanded terrace area for Level 1 with smoking facilities to service the new function centre
• New smoking facilities on the ground floor for the dining area and gaming room
• Major upgrade of the clubs foyer and entry area
• A new kid’s play centre to replace our current kids club. This will offer a variety of activities 
   including a rock climbing wall and kid’s cinema

Who are the Builders?
• Following a detailed tendering process, Stuart Crompton Projects have been engaged to design 
   and construct this renovation

When will the works commence?
• These works are scheduled to commence in early 2008, with a final date to be confirmed

• The project will require a construction period of approximately 12 months and will be completed 
   in (3) stages
• Dates for completion are yet to be confirmed
